The customer accepts that all information is provided purely for reference purposes only and must be interpreted as such. SocialsLabs accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event of incomplete or misleading information resulting in negative consequences of any kind. We work hard to detect and correct errors and omissions where possible, though often no specific guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness of information.

Authorisation

SocialsLabs authorises the customer to access the content of the SocialsLabs for reference and informational purposes only. Under no circumstances must for any of the information on the SocialsLabs website be downloaded, reproduced, shared or edited without the express consent of the company. SocialsLabs will seek prosecution and claim the maximum possible damages in any instance the customer is found to be using the SocialsLabs website in a manner that is not expressly permitted.

Access to Links

Please be advised that all links published on the SocialsLabs are provided purely for reference purposes only. Under no circumstances will SocialsLabs vouch for the safety, quality or relevance of any of the third-parties listed or featured on our website. The customer accepts complete liability for any consequences that may occur as a result of their use of third-party links provided by SocialsLabs. In addition, the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective third-parties are enforced the moment the respective link is clicked.

Denial of Service

SocialsLabs takes a strong stance against fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to deny our services and access to the SocialsLabs to anyone we suspect may be involved in illicit activities of any kind. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions set out by SocialsLabs may result in denial of service. If the services of SocialsLabs are underway at the time, the company reserves the right to immediately withdraw all pending services and withhold all monies. We will also report any suspected fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities.

Guarantee Conditions

The customer acknowledges that the money-back guarantee offered by SocialsLabs may be claimed only in instances where the company fails to deliver the product requested within the promised time frame, due to its own actions or inaction. In the event that delays or disruptions occur due to circumstances that are beyond the control of the company, the money-back guarantee is rendered null and void.

In addition, we make no guarantees whatsoever regarding the effectiveness of the services we provide. SocialsLabs offers promotional services for the world’s most competitive social networks, though cannot guarantee specific results of any kind. We also reserve the right to remove the SocialsLabs satisfaction guarantee at any time and without providing prior notice.

Retention Guarantee

SocialsLabs covers all sales with a market-leading retention guarantee for the first 60 days following delivery. During this time, any of the products purchased that fall or are removed from your posts/pages will be replaced for free.

It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor all followers, likes, views, plays etc. purchased from SocialsLabs, in order to bring any initial losses to our attention. Please notify our customer support team of any such losses as quickly as possible and we will replace them free of charge while the 60-day retention guarantee applies.

Social Media Accounts

The customer acknowledges and accepts that SocialsLabs has no influence or control over the actions or decisions of any social media networks, which reserve the right to alter and amend their own policies at any time. Consequently, we cannot offer any formal assurances that action will not be taken against your profiles, pages or accounts at any time for any reason. It is entirely the decision of the social networks if and when accounts are suspended or closed – it is not under our control at SocialsLabs.

No refunds will be provided in the event of action being taken against the customer’s social media accounts by the respective platform. The customer acknowledges and accepts that upon using the products or services provided by SocialsLabs, they take full responsibility for the outcome.

Data Modification

SocialsLabs expressly forbids the modification or removal of any content, pages or profiles necessary for us to run our campaigns for the full duration are the campaign. Doing so could render the content/profile you wish to promote inaccessible, or cause a disruption in the delivery of the products ordered.

In the event of any data modification that impedes the delivery of the products/services ordered, the remaining balance of the order will canceled and all outstanding monies withheld. No refund will be offered in the event of data modification that adversely impacts the delivery of the services ordered from SocialsLabs.

Third Party Marketing Campaigns

No additional marketing campaigns must be run at the same time as your SocialsLabs campaign. In order to monitor the effectiveness of our products and services, it is essential to ensure that our campaigns are run independently of all other marketing efforts.

The customer therefore agrees not to run any additional marketing campaigns of any kind for the duration of their campaign with SocialsLabs. If any other campaigns are run simultaneously, SocialsLabs will assume credit for every fan, follower, view, comment, like, visit, and/or vote gained for the duration of the campaign.
